These Terms govern your use of GRIDLOCK, operated by Ayush Chaurasia. By using the app, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Using GRIDLOCK

You may use the game for lawful personal entertainment. Do not exploit, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, impersonate another player, manipulate match results, or attempt to access another account or room.

Accounts and game data

GRIDLOCK can create an anonymous guest profile for free gameplay. Each account also has a stable GRIDLOCK ID for support. You may link a supported sign-in account to protect the account across devices. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. It removes GRIDLOCK-controlled account, economy, linked-provider, reward, receipt, and player-linked match-event data, the associated app-specific identity-service profile, and associated local account data. It does not delete your external sign-in account, app-marketplace purchase history, or service-provider records governed by their own policies. Hosting-service operational logs may be retained for 7 to 30 days, depending on the service plan.

Virtual items and purchases

Credits, entitlements, and subscriptions are virtual features. You must link a supported sign-in account before buying Credits or a Subscription. This attaches store purchases to a recoverable GRIDLOCK account after reinstalling or changing devices. Purchases are processed by the applicable app marketplace, and store refunds and billing changes are governed by that marketplace's terms. We may correct or remove balances obtained through abuse or transaction reversal.

Credits, advertising, and GRIDLOCK Plus

Eligible free accounts may claim one 5-Credit daily reward and may voluntarily watch rewarded ads for 5 Credits, subject to availability and server-side verification. Daily claims do not bank. Exporting a board wallpaper costs 1 Credit, or an eligible free account may watch a rewarded ad instead. GRIDLOCK Plus is a monthly subscription with no free trial; its standard United States price is US$2.99 per month, while the store checkout price controls. It removes banner, rewarded, and interstitial ads, grants 700 Credits each billing cycle, includes unlimited wallpaper exports at no Credit cost, and permits one manual 40-Credit daily claim while active. Only unused Credits from that cycle's 700-Credit grant expire when the paid period ends; purchased and claimed daily Credits carry forward.

Availability and changes

Online features depend on network and hosting availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, including maintenance and anti-abuse protections. We will not remove statutory consumer rights.
