Delete your account

GRIDLOCK accounts may be guest profiles or linked provider accounts.

Fastest option: Open GRIDLOCK, go to Settings → Delete Account, confirm the warning, and wait for the success message. This permanently deletes the account from GRIDLOCK-controlled active systems.

What is deleted

Your account profile, GRIDLOCK ID, device/account identifier, linked provider identity records, and app-specific identity-service profile after fresh sign-in confirmation.
Virtual credit balance, purchase and scheduled-subscription records held by GRIDLOCK, reward claims, and legacy recovery artifacts.
Player-linked match events, leaderboard identity references, identifying telemetry references, local account caches, and local privacy choices. Optional analytics app-instance data is reset and optional collection is disabled.

What may remain temporarily

Aggregated or anonymized records may remain where they no longer identify you. Backups and third-party service providers for analytics, app-marketplace billing, advertising, hosting, identity verification, and purchase verification follow their own deletion schedules and legal obligations. This action does not delete your external sign-in account. See the Privacy Policy for retention periods.

If you cannot open the app

Email reppopp.games@gmail.com from the address you want us to use for follow-up and include your GRIDLOCK ID, if available, plus the display name shown in the App. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, provider tokens, or transfer PINs.

We may need to verify ownership before processing a request. Deletion is permanent and a new anonymous profile is created the next time the app starts.
